Every booking moves through three simple stages:
- Pending Offer — a buyer makes an offer on your rate card. Nothing is charged yet.
- Active Project — you approve the buyer, their card is charged, and the job is on.
- Complete Project — finish the work and the payment is released to you.
You can message the customer before, during, and after the job to make sure everything gets done right.
