Once a job is marked Complete, the payment is released to your RateCards wallet. From there, Stripe sends it on to your linked bank account automatically — you don't have to request anything.
Payouts follow Stripe's standard rolling payout schedule. For most U.S. accounts, funds typically arrive about 2 business days after a job is complete, though timing varies with your account type and verification status. Weekends and bank holidays can add a day.
Your first payout is the exception — expect 7 to 14 days while Stripe completes account verification and its risk review. Every payout after that follows the standard schedule.
You can track every payment and payout in the Wallet tab — reach it from the bottom navigation under Account, by tapping the Earnings card on your Dashboard, or from the main menu. If a payout seems stuck for more than a few business days past those windows, contact support@ratecards.app.
You're responsible for any income taxes on your earnings.
